  • If you arrive 30 minutes late or more for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. It’s essential to be punctual to ensure the best service experience for all our clients.

  • The base pay for our services is listed on our website. This is a starting price, and the final amount may vary.
  • The final price will be adjusted based on the length of your hair and the specific requirements of the service you’ve chosen. Our staff will inform you of any price adjustments at the commencing of your service.

3. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Deposits for appointments that are canceled without adequate notice may not be refunded.

4. Service Quality

  • We strive to provide the highest quality of service to all our clients. If you have concerns or are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please bring it to our attention immediately.

5. Liability

  • Grow Mo Hair LLC is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.
  • While we take utmost care in our services, Grow Mo Hair LLC will not be held liable for any adverse reactions to products used during treatments. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your service begins.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at growmohair74@gmail.com and send your item to: 339 Linda Ave, Greenville AL 36037.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 339 Linda Ave, Greenville AL 36037.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
